Every treatment is different, but these are the looks directors ask for most:
- Supercars and hero metal. Supercars, Lamborghini and Ferrari for pure statement shots, including 1980s poster cars like the Lamborghini Countach.
- Luxury. Rolls-Royce, Bentley and other luxury and executive cars for wealth, arrival and after-party scenes.
- American classics and lowriders. American cars such as Cadillac and Chevrolet, including lowriders like the 1973 Cadillac Eldorado lowrider.
- Convertibles. Soft-tops for performance-in-the-car shots, golden-hour drives and rooftop moments.

How we work with music video productions
- 1. Brief. Send the treatment, a moodboard or a few reference frames, plus your shoot date, location and how the car will be used (static, driven, performed on, or in the background).
- 2. Shortlist. We come back with cars that match the look, with alternatives if the first choice is hard to get on your dates.
- 3. Quote. Each job is quoted on its own. The price depends on the car, the hours, how it's used, transport and whether a driver is needed.
- 4. Logistics. We coordinate delivery, the owner or driver, and call times with your production team.
Things to plan for
- How the car is used. Tell us early if the artist will sit on the bonnet, dance on the roof or stand on the seats. Many owners are happy to help, but some cars aren't suitable, so we'll check before anything is agreed.
- Effects. Smoke, haze, water, rain rigs, practical lighting and pyrotechnics all need to be agreed with the owner in advance. Burnouts and stunts are specialist jobs and need the right car and driver.
- Night shoots. These are common for music videos. We'll confirm the owner's availability and any limits on hours.
- Driving shots. For performance-while-driving shots, a low loader or tracking vehicle is often safer and easier than a live drive. Filming from moving vehicles on London roads involves the Metropolitan Police Film Unit. See our London picture car guide.
- Studios. If you're shooting in a studio, check its rules for vehicles (access doors, fuel levels, battery isolation) before the car is booked.
- Insurance. Productions normally arrange picture-vehicle insurance naming the owner. Exact cover is confirmed job by job.

How much does it cost to hire a car for a music video?
Every job is quoted on its own. The cost depends on the car, how long you need it, how it's used, transport and whether a driver is needed. Send a brief and we'll confirm it on your quote.
Can the artist sit on or stand on the car?
Sometimes. It depends on the car and the owner. Tell us exactly what's planned in your brief, and we'll only put forward cars where the owner has agreed.
Can you supply a car at short notice?
Often, if there's some flexibility on make, model or colour. Tell us your shoot date up front and we'll be straight with you about what's possible.
Can we use smoke, water or effects around the car?
Only if the owner agrees in advance. Tell us about any effects in the brief so we can check before the car is booked.
Do you supply cars for music videos outside London?
Yes. We're based in Shoreditch and cast cars for shoots across the UK.
Are the photos on your site the actual cars?
