A black Jaguar E-Type passing through a Soho street in London, 1967

How it works

From brief to set.

Start with a brief. Tell us the era, the shoot dates, the location and the split between hero metal and background cars. A reference image, a moodboard or a few lines from the script is enough to get us moving.

We come back with a shortlist of vehicles that fit the scene — usually within forty-eight hours. Every suggestion is chosen for how it reads on camera, not how it looks on a spec sheet.

Once a car is chosen, the production arranges picture-car insurance naming the owner. We stay on the checklist — paperwork, certificates, condition reports — so nothing is left to the night before.

Booking locks the date, the call time and the on-set rules. Owners know exactly where to be, what to bring and who to report to. We keep the line open right up to wrap.

We work UK-first, with European sourcing when the scene demands it. Cross-border bookings need a little more lead time — we’ll be honest about what is possible and when.
